I have a road side property around 3175 square feet carpet area and 37 feet wide at the road side. It’s a two story building newly constructed 4 yrs. back. The ground floor had been given to a bank on rent (around 1300 square feet carpet area)for Rs. 14000/month and the first floor is occupied by the landlord. Now I want to know how much house tax and water tax I would have to pay per year to mu municipal corporation on my rented property. Please help..
